How reconstitution works
1 · Let it settle
Bring the vial and the bacteriostatic water to room temperature and wipe both stoppers with alcohol.
2 · Add water slowly
Aim the stream down the inside wall of the vial. Never squirt directly onto the powder — it can damage the peptide.
3 · Swirl, don't shake
Roll it gently until clear. Then store it in the fridge and label it with the date and concentration.
On any insulin syringe, 1 unit = 0.01 mL, so the units shown above are the same regardless of brand. This tool is for educational and research purposes only and is not medical advice.
